QC will control quality from materail to product package
1.Materail QC documents
After passing the inspection, materail can be put into our warehouse.
If it is not qualified, QC will give advice on how to deal with it.
2. In-process inspection
Every process will be tested by QC ,Include cutting materail ,bending ,punching,weldingand so on
3. Surface finishing
QC will test surface finishing result and make record .
4. Inspection report-package
Our QC will check package and confirm if all package meet PO requirement ,such as the way of package,qty of package,logo lable
